A group of manufacturing professionals operating an automotive aftermarket parts brand will assist small and medium-sized enterprises in their areas of weakness.
The brand operated by our company is an aftermarket parts brand for automobiles. While primarily focused on metal products and film sheet products, we also deal with plastic products, rubber products, packaging materials for those products, and printed materials such as catalogs. Producing these in relatively small lots poses significant challenges in terms of quality and cost. To overcome this difficulty, we have built a manufacturing network by searching for processing manufacturers nationwide, which is our strength, and we are also conducting a manufacturer trading company business using this network. We will propose appropriate manufacturing methods based on production lot size, continuity, required quality, and target cost. For metal products, we provide metal design items and metal nameplates (name plates) through a network of various specialized processing manufacturers for cutting, pressing, polishing, special finishing, painting, and plating. Additionally, for film sheet products, we offer operation panels (key sheets, membrane sheets) and resin nameplates through a network of specialized processing manufacturers for precision printing, pressing, and painting. Strong support from various specialized processing manufacturers is also available for other processed products.
Business Activities
Our company aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises that, unlike large corporations, cannot afford to spend large amounts of money, establish specialized procurement departments or personnel, or place orders in large lots, and have thus resigned themselves to this situation. While operating our two in-house brands, we have consistently faced the aforementioned challenges and frustrations, and have been working to overcome them. Through these efforts, we have developed procurement routes, know-how, and a manufacturing network, and we hope to alleviate at least some of your concerns and dissatisfaction. In particular, we confidently recommend our services to companies that want to reduce the costs of packaging materials that are difficult to reflect in product prices. We procure cardboard products directly from processing manufacturers that are directly connected to cardboard paper manufacturers, allowing us to offer them at reduced material prices. Next, for bag products, the manufacturers we specialize in vary depending on their shape and material. By directly sourcing from multiple bag manufacturers, we can select the most suitable manufacturer based on shape and lot size, enabling us to offer more competitive prices. Additionally, we also provide plastic packs and seals at low prices through direct procurement from manufacturers.
