Our company manufactures and sells micro end mills and metal stamps. 【About the Tool Business】 We produce custom-made end mills with a diameter of 1mm or less, starting from one piece. Tool materials include PCD (polycrystalline diamond), carbide, and cBN. Tool shapes include ball, radius, pin end, various tapers, and special shapes. In addition to end mills, we can also accommodate punches and measuring tools. 【About the Stamping Business】 We manufacture fine characters and patterns (with a minimum character size of 0.3mm) on high-hardness hardened steel using electrical discharge machining. We hold the top market share in Japan for metal stamps used in bearings. We have a proven track record of producing various metal stamps for watch backs, metal chains, hinges, radius gauges, and eyeglass frames, among others.
