Our company was established on October 1, 2021, through the merger of the Electrical Materials Development Division of Air Water Inc., Kawasaki Kasei Chemicals Ltd., and Daito Chemical Co., Ltd., resulting in the formation of Air Water Performance Chemicals Co., Ltd. Furthermore, in April 2023, Air Water Belpar Co., Ltd. joined us. The four companies, each with different fields and customers, have cultivated a diverse range of businesses, including electronic materials, basic chemicals, functional materials, and food functional materials. Among these, our contract chemical formulation business excels in large-volume chemical formulation and small-scale filling, leveraging the technology and experience gained from over 30 years of manufacturing silver halide photographic processing chemicals, as well as equipment optimized for liquid formulation and small-scale filling. Additionally, we have established a sophisticated manufacturing and quality control system to meet the stringent quality demands of the photographic market, earning the trust of our customers. By utilizing these capabilities, we respond to a wide range of customer contract needs through large-volume formulation and small-scale filling into various containers. ● Large-lot formulation/liquid preparation and small-scale filling using 27,000L and 40,000L mixing tanks ● Quality control and process analysis developed through the manufacturing of photographic processing chemicals ● Capable of manufacturing toxic substances and handling hazardous materials in general.
