The September issue of Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun features an article on Katagiri Seisakusho's IQ activities. Our company has achieved high cost-performance product manufacturing through a production system that pursues automation and labor-saving from process analysis to pre-processing, mold design/manufacturing, molding processing, and secondary processing. In response to the need for precision machining of molds, we have developed super abrasive tools in-house and are manufacturing and selling them nationwide under the "STRAX" brand. Additionally, we have successfully developed carbide materials to improve mold lifespan and are also engaged in the manufacturing and sales of various molds utilizing these materials.
