By adding it to paints, rubber, grease, and resins, improvements in slip properties and sound absorption are expected. "HiGlide" is a super high molecular weight polyethylene that improves the content and adhesion when added to materials through surface modification. By imparting hydrophilicity through surface modification, it significantly enhances dispersibility, content, and adhesion compared to conventional super high molecular weight PE. "HiGlide" is a micro-particle made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) that has undergone surface modification. The surface modification enhances adhesion to the coating film and prevents particle detachment, allowing the characteristics of UHMW-PE, such as slip properties and wear resistance, to be maintained over a long period. Additionally, the introduction of hydrophilicity improves dispersion in the paint, enabling uniform functionality.
