With a meticulously designed fine structure and a multilayered composition, it possesses both oxidation resistance and wear resistance in high-temperature environments, along with excellent crack resistance. This enables high performance in high-speed and high-feed machining, as well as dry machining. Developed a high hardness and high heat resistance coating specifically for Hais tools! The coating hardness achieves HmV 3,700, with an oxidation onset temperature of 1,300°C.

Achieving a coating hardness of HmV 3,700 and an oxidation onset temperature of 1,300℃, our PVD coating is among the top in the industry! Exceptional tool life can be obtained in dry machining of high-hardness materials in the HRC 40-60 class. We also accept re-coating of re-sharpened tools.

In processes such as bending, drawing, and punching with presses, recent trends have shown that issues like the occurrence of galling and scratches have become problematic due to improvements in processing levels and an increase in difficult-to-process materials. In such circumstances, we have developed a coating film that maintains formability and enhances mold life.

PVD-coated films have a hardness that surpasses that of superhard materials and excellent wear resistance. On the other hand, regarding corrosion resistance, while being ceramic in nature, it is inherently superior to metals; however, if there are defects in the film, they can become starting points for corrosion, leading to deep pitting. "SX-CRS" has successfully eliminated almost all of these film defects by adopting a new process, achieving corrosion resistance that significantly exceeds that of conventional coated films.

While retaining the advantages of the PVD method, we have developed a coating called "VSX-V" that combines lubrication and toughness, which has been difficult to achieve until now, by innovating the components and their composition. It has been confirmed to be effective in cold forging spline forming and hole punching. Additionally, by combining it with radical nitriding, we have improved surface pressure resistance and extended its lifespan.

JFE Precision's ion plating excels in adhesion, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, demonstrating effectiveness across various product fields. We focus on optimizing pre-treatment methods, enhancing quality control, and ensuring thorough delivery management and shorter lead times through close information exchange with users, enabling coatings tailored to various products and purposes.
