"NewTon" is a natural refrigerant high-efficiency refrigeration unit that employs an indirect cooling method using natural refrigerant ammonia to cool CO2. In light of various risks associated with climate change and the rapidly changing energy landscape, a significant transformation of social systems is required. This product is designed with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions across the entire cycle. All components, including the compressor, IPM synchronous motor, and heat exchangers, are developed and manufactured in-house. Maekawa Manufacturing will exhibit at "FOOMA JAPAN 2026," which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight (West Exhibition Hall and East Exhibition Hall) from June 2 (Tuesday) to June 5 (Friday), 2026. With our booth concept "ThermoEdge Solutions - The Answer to Heat is Here," we will propose optimal solutions from the perspective of "heat" to address various challenges in food manufacturing. In the food manufacturing process, instant temperature control, such as "cooling and heating," affects quality, safety, and efficiency. We will introduce for the first time at a domestic exhibition our direct drive spiral freezer with a stainless steel belt and energy-saving heating using heat pumps, all aimed at delivering "just the right heat" and promoting the creation of sustainable (environmentally friendly) food factories. At our booth, we introduced products and solutions that contribute to heat countermeasures and support equipment maintenance and management, tailored to the themes of each exhibition. 12th Tokyo Heat Countermeasure Exhibition Under the concept of 'ThermoEdge Solutions Heat Pita,' which aims to provide effective solutions to the challenges of extreme heat, we primarily showcased "ZERO-Cool" unimoAWW, one of our thermal engineering solutions. 52nd Brand Maintenance Show With the concept of "Oil, Anti-Aging Plan," we focused on maintenance solutions that lead to the longevity of industrial oils and the reduction of waste oil, displaying actual machines such as oil cleaners (portable/in-line) and oil separators.
