We perform injection molding and insert molding of high-performance polymers and super engineering plastics.

Hirata Chemical Co., Ltd. is an injection molding manufacturer well-versed in resin materials. We offer proposals from resin application development. Additionally, we have established a fully automated production system for insert products through vertical injection molding and an automatic supply system for inserts (jointly developed with manufacturers). Our technical development capabilities include not only mold manufacturing and forming but also the production of molding machines and peripheral equipment.
