We offer double-stranded RNA "miRNA mimic" with chemical modifications on the passenger strand and double-stranded RNA "S-TuD" primarily composed of 2’-O-Methyl RNA. The "miRNA mimic" allows you to observe the activity of the mature miRNA itself by inactivating the passenger strand.
