Sato Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing and processing of various precision parts made from metals and non-ferrous metals using NC automatic lathes. We have obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification. In-house processing can handle diameters up to ~φ100 and hexagonal shapes up to 28H, with lengths up to a maximum of 2500mm. For diameters of φ32 and above, processing is done at partner factories. Including our partner factories, we can provide consistent parts processing from various treatments to assembly. We are also flexible in terms of quantity, accommodating everything from small lot prototypes (1 piece) to mass production. We are actively engaging in new fields, processing parts for various industries, including automotive parts, hydraulic parts, nuclear parts, medical device parts, food equipment parts, aerospace and marine parts, decorative items, bicycle parts, and toys.
