The "Vitrified Bonding Method" involves adding inorganic materials such as feldspar and clay as a binder to the abrasive grains, mixing in an appropriate amount of auxiliary agents, kneading, molding, and firing at a high temperature of 1,300°C for production. These products have a high porosity, are less prone to grinding burns, and are used in a wide range of applications from coarse grinding (#20 and above) to precision grinding (up to #4000). The "PVA manufacturing method" uses PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as a binder to form a flexible, porous grinding wheel. It has typical detachment-type grinding characteristics and provides an excellent gloss to the finished surface when using ultra-fine powder for grinding. The "Resinoid Manufacturing Method" involves adding phenolic synthetic resin and other binding agents to the abrasive grains of the raw material, and then firing it at around 200°C to produce the product. The vitrified manufacturing method allows for the production of grinding wheels using ultra-fine powders that are difficult to use or abrasive grains that are challenging to combine, without deformation, resulting in grinding wheels with excellent grinding performance (sharpness and finish).
