Our company has been engaged in the development of the "Coolant Liquid Automatic Dilution Device FKM Type," which automates everything from the dilution of coolant to its supply. In Japan, which relies almost entirely on imported crude oil, we have experienced that changes in the situation involving oil-producing countries can immediately have a significant impact on production activities. Therefore, it will be necessary to implement measures to reduce consumption while maintaining the quality and quantity of production activities in the future. In particular, reducing coolant consumption is difficult to achieve simply by reducing usage; it is highly effective to combine our product lineup to eliminate the causes of degradation and extend the lifespan simultaneously. The FKM type prevents excessive use of concentrated coolant through the automation of coolant dilution. Additionally, the replenishment operation detects coolant consumption using a highly reliable level sensor and ensures precise control from the start to the completion of supply for each machine tool. This means that even during long hours of unmanned processing at night in machining centers, there is no concern about overflowing from the tank, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
