The "semi-module cart" standardizes the size of the frame and is an assembly-type cart that allows for the internal racks to be replaced according to changes in components. Since there is no need to design the outer frame, it reduces manufacturing lead times and costs, and it can also maximize transportation costs by eliminating dead space when loading onto trucks. The "modular cart" is an assembly-type cart that can be used by swapping internal materials such as partitions and shelves with a single type of outer frame. The outer frame comes in two sizes, S and L, and can carry up to 24 or 20 units on a 10-ton truck, respectively. Since the cart can be reused even when the transported items change, it is expected to reduce total costs in the future. It is effective for transporting small components such as switch panels and sprockets, as well as resin-based interior parts like rear consoles, door trims, and ABS piping. 【Features】 - Can be combined with various internal materials using a single outer frame - Cart types include: - Partitions - Drawers - Flip-up shelves, etc., offering a wide variety - Load capacity of 400 kgf even with casters - Stackable Carts that are no longer in use can be repurposed as carts for the next model by changing the internal contents.
