"Alock" is designed to fuse a strong special nylon resin to bolts, allowing for more than five repeated uses and making it ideal for preventing loosening in areas that require maintenance. It has no pot life like microcapsule types, making inventory management easy. Depending on the application, purpose, and material, it is possible to set the tightening and loosening torque. It exhibits anti-loosening effects even in areas where axial force is not applied, and does not generate debris or powder during screwing or unscrewing.
