And a year later, something unbelievable happened. The 'scale' that had troubled us, which couldn’t be removed even with special chemicals, was completely gone, and that murky red water was now transparent!! Honestly, I don’t understand the reasoning! It was like a magical test result. For someone knowledgeable in chemistry, it might be even harder to accept. But having seen that change, I had no choice but to believe. There was not a single lie in what happened on-site. Moreover, it wasn’t about forcibly cleaning with strong chemicals; it was about safely cleaning over time with this ACR, and I fell in love with it.
