As a welfare factory, we are challenging ourselves with both people with disabilities and able-bodied individuals!

The Hagi no Sato Welfare Factory, operated by the Social Welfare Corporation Kyosei Welfare Association, provides a barrier-free workplace environment for individuals who find it difficult to be employed in general companies due to physical disabilities, aiming for self-reliance and independence. The people working here are actively engaged with the goal of achieving social independence. They strive daily to "take joy in being able to work and contribute to society and the community, even in a small way, through the creation of products and the provision of services that satisfy our customers."
