We would like to introduce our new carbon filter, the 'TS3000'. The size is 500x500, compatible with an air velocity of 2.5m/s and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. The dust holding capacity is 1300g/m² (ASHRAE test dust). The pressure loss is 59Pa initially and 160Pa upon replacement, achieving a collection efficiency of over 85% (ASHRAE average mass method efficiency) in accordance with American ASHRAE standards. The "organic solvent adsorption-type painting booth" can also accommodate water-based paints and is capable of separating and recovering sludge. It adsorbs 76-98% of organic solvents (based on actual test data from the adsorption booth). It complies with VOC emission reduction regulations. The "TS-1000" is a deodorizing carbon filter made from coconut fiber. It can reduce toluene concentration by approximately 80-90%. The equipment cost is low, and the running cost is only one-fifth of conventional systems. We offer two models: "TS-1000S" (Small Size, diameter 1-1.5 cm) and "TS-1000H" (Big Size, diameter 3-5 cm). TS1502C is a coagulant that uses activated carbon. By adding it to wastewater from food factories, it can reduce odors and BOD, and eliminate the stickiness of oils contained in the wastewater. Furthermore, by adding a coagulant dewatering agent, SS and oils can be flocculated, allowing for floating and recovery, which can also be automated with a floating pump. Additionally, it can be settled, enabling wastewater treatment tailored to the situation.

This is a carbon filter that reduces the odor of paint mist using coconut fibers. It connects a filter box and exhaust fan to conventional exhaust equipment, making the equipment cost inexpensive. The running costs are also about one-third of the conventional ones.

TS1502C is a coagulant that uses activated carbon. It serves as a deodorizing coagulant for paint booths, reducing odors and COD, and is expected to provide higher deodorization effects and non-adhesiveness compared to conventional coagulants. By adding a coagulating dewatering agent, it becomes possible to float and recover. Additionally, automation using a floating pump is also possible.

The "TS Scrubber" is an excellent VOC treatment system that purifies dirty exhaust emitted from the painting booth by using TS1502 (mist recovery agent) and TS1400 type (solvent mist adsorbent) to capture paint mist and solvent mist. By passing through the eliminator, gas-liquid contact occurs, leading to a reaction with the TS1502 in the first tower, and further adsorption of the solvent occurs in the second tower with TS1400.
