We respond to a wide range of needs from prototyping and development to mass production with top-level precision machining technology.

Kyo Shin Seisakusho Co., Ltd. has been consistently honing its precision cutting technology for over 60 years since its establishment. We manufacture high-precision cutting parts for precision machinery using CAD, CAM, and NC machine tools. Our products are used in a wide range of industries, including medical devices (dentistry, endoscopes, CT, MRI, etc.), optical, measurement, and analysis equipment, as well as semiconductor-related applications. We have established a production system for small quantities of a wide variety of products, accommodating everything from short-term prototypes to mass production. We have also built a supply chain with partner companies and can respond to requests for surface treatment and other needs. We can handle assembly processes in clean rooms and can deliver products as units. Production is carried out at two locations: our headquarters factory in Saitama and our factory in Shanghai, China, ensuring a supply system across Asia. In addition to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, we have obtained international certification for ISO 13485 for medical devices. Our business management system manages traceability in lots from materials to products. We are incorporating the latest systems, such as IoT operation monitoring systems, collaborative robots, AI visual inspection systems, and RPA, challenging ourselves to evolve technology and reduce costs.
