Kimura Shoten manufactures materials for eyeglass frames in the town of Sabae, known for its eyeglasses. In particular, we specialize in the processing of thin, irregularly shaped wire known as "rim wire" that surrounds the lenses, and we have a proven track record of processing various materials, including titanium alloys, nickel alloys, and precious metals. Additionally, we perform special processing that not only features irregular cross-sections but also incorporates regular patterns on the surface. Moreover, the finished product, even when made from titanium alloys, achieves a beautiful and clean appearance. In the future, we aim to apply this highly precise special technology to various fields.
