The TP (Tray Pack Series) is a packaging machine that continuously secures products to a base (tray). It can firmly fix heavy items, such as a motor (the product in the video weighs 4.25 kg), in the center of the tray, allowing the ends of the tray to be folded to match the height of the shipping box, eliminating the need for additional cushioning materials. Unlike stretch film packaging, it does not require a heat tunnel, which is necessary for shrink packaging machines, and it also does not produce excess scraps, leading to a reduction in running costs.
