At Ozeki Co., Ltd. Research Institute, we continue to conduct research and development in the biotechnology of koji mold based on the know-how cultivated over many years in sake brewing. We have successfully developed a unique protein expression system and offer a "koji mold protein contract expression service" that maximally utilizes the characteristics of koji mold. The koji mold expression system can express complex structured proteins as an eukaryotic expression system, making it possible to mass-produce proteins that are difficult to produce in E. coli or yeast.
