Since its establishment, our company has been committed to developing processing technologies that enable mass production without being constrained by the traditional concept of lost-wax casting, and to reliably providing trusted quality at appropriate costs. As a result, we have been able to manufacture and sell many parts that play a crucial role in automobiles, earning the trust of our customers. Leveraging the valuable trust and technology we have built over the years, we aim to continue being a good partner for everyone as society develops. Since 2014, we have been working together as a group to provide foundry solution services that leverage synergies with the Hinode Holdings Group, centered around Hinode Water Supply Equipment. Business Activities
Since its establishment in 1986 in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture, our company has incorporated the latest technology into lost wax casting techniques, establishing new mass production processing methods for raw materials and laying the foundation for the core raw material industry. By solving the issues of traditional lost wax casting methods (high production costs, inability to mass produce, and long production periods), we propose optimal production methods in collaboration with our customers and resolve their problems. Our company achieves significant cost reductions while maintaining the advantages of lost wax casting through the following four production systems and features: 1. Cost reduction through mass production effects (capable of mass production, up to 500,000 units/month) 2. Reduced management burden for customers (integrated support from material to processing) 3. Integration, weight reduction, optimization, and joint material development (creating new solutions) 4. Short lead times and quick response (domestic production)
