For fabrics where acrylic-based adhesives are used as warp sizing agents, alkali treatment for removing the sizing is essential, making one-bath dyeing difficult. In contrast, for knitted fabrics (knits) where no sizing agents are used and only knitting oil is present, one-bath dyeing is possible. Escor NS-31 has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties for knitting oil, as well as anti-redeposition properties, enabling one-bath dyeing of synthetic knits such as polyester and nylon.

In the dyeing of cellulose fibers, if hydrogen peroxide used for bleaching contaminates the dye bath, it can cause issues such as decreased dye concentration and poor reproducibility. To remove residual hydrogen peroxide from the fabric, repeated soaping and rinsing with water or hot water is required. Unilase C-100P primarily consists of hydrogen peroxide-decomposing enzyme (catalase), which effectively breaks down residual hydrogen peroxide and prevents dyeing troubles in advance.

In the dyeing of cellulose-based fiber products, if hydrogen peroxide used in the scouring and bleaching process contaminates the dye bath, it can lead to issues such as reduced dye concentration and poor reproducibility. To prevent these problems caused by residual hydrogen peroxide, repeated washing with water and hot water is necessary, and there has been a desire to streamline this process. By treating with Clear Fine C before dyeing after scouring and bleaching, residual hydrogen peroxide is effectively decomposed, preventing dyeing troubles caused by residual hydrogen peroxide in advance.

Multinol C-510 is a refining bleaching auxiliary that combines alkalis, refining penetrants, and stabilizers used in cotton and hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes into one product. <AN-155A> Our company has refined the synthesis technology of water-dispersible polymer microparticles known as "core-corona type microparticles," focusing on their application in the battery field. Based on the technology developed for LiB anode binders, we have newly developed "AN-155A," which can further increase the capacitance of electric double-layer capacitors. The newly developed product has shown approximately 1.6 times the capacitance improvement compared to our conventional product "AN-110K," and about 1.2 times compared to commercially available SBR, by optimizing the polymer design. SEM images have also shown that the binder particles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of activated carbon compared to commercially available SBR, confirming that the binding state of the binder is different. It is a water-based binder that can be used in the same way as SBR.

<AN-145A> Our company has refined the synthesis technology of water-dispersible polymer microparticles known as "core-corona type microparticles," focusing on their application in the battery field. In response to requests to "minimize the use of binders to reduce electrode resistance and improve charge-discharge characteristics," we have newly developed "AN-145A," which can further enhance the peel strength of electrodes. The newly developed product has shown approximately 1.7 times the peel strength improvement compared to our conventional product "AN-136K," and about three times compared to commercially available SBR, by optimizing polymer design. SEM images also show that binder particles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the active material, which is expected to contribute to reducing electrode resistance. It is a water-based binder that can be used in the same way as SBR.
