Mikimoto Shin-sen Co., Ltd. has been pursuing high-precision and high-quality manufacturing in the metal processing field, centered around wire drawing technology for many years. Since its establishment, the company has refined its wire drawing technology, boasting top-class special steel products such as polished round steel and shaped wire with high roundness and high straightness. By applying and developing the wire drawing technology cultivated over many years, the company has made it possible to draw magnesium alloys, which are considered advanced metals but are difficult to process. The company is challenging the practical application of magnesium alloy filler materials (TIG welding rods and MIG welding wires) developed through various public support projects in fields such as the automotive, railway, and welfare equipment industries, where weight reduction is pursued. We handle a wide variety of alloy types and wire diameters, and we respond to small lot orders with short delivery times.
