The "BC" in Nakano BC Co., Ltd. comes from "Biochemical Creation." Based on the fermentation technology and research and development cultivated through our sake "Chokyu," we are engaged in new manufacturing that utilizes unique materials from Wakayama Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in the country, such as "plums, mikan oranges, sansho pepper, and persimmons." While placing emphasis on the creation of bio-research and development, we will continue to research and develop new products as a pioneer in the comprehensive alcoholic beverage (food) manufacturing industry, with a flexible management policy and organizational strength.
