By sourcing large quantities of bonito flakes directly from the production areas and storing them in our own warehouse, we prioritize the distribution of high-quality bonito flakes while achieving cost-effective procurement. Additionally, when purchasing bonito flakes, we always conduct tasting and sampling of the dashi made from them. To ensure strict quality control and deliver delicious bonito flakes to our customers, our specialized staff meticulously coordinates and verifies the bonito raw materials, which are then processed in our own factory for each product.
