Kyushu Veggie Powder Co., Ltd. is a company primarily engaged in the manufacturing and sales of vegetable and fruit powders. We handle vegetable powders made from fresh and safe vegetables produced in Kyushu, and we provide products rich in functional components without degrading the vegetable ingredients using our new Turbo Dry method (instant drying and crushing method). Vegetables and fruits are rich in functional components such as polyphenols, carotenoids, and vitamins, but prolonged exposure to heat during drying and crushing can significantly damage their functionality. The Turbo Dry method allows for simultaneous drying and crushing in an instant, resulting in minimal degradation of functionality. Additionally, to meet the demands of energetic agricultural production corporations that want to create high-quality vegetables, we also accept contract production from small to large lots, and we support everything from planning the manufacturing process to equipment installation and operational guidance. Business Activities
■Manufacturing and Sales of Kyushu Vegetable Powder Our main products include four items: carrots from Kumamoto Prefecture, Manjiro pumpkins from Kumamoto Prefecture, spinach from Miyazaki Prefecture, and onions from Saga Prefecture. We also have a track record of producing powders from various vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, olive leaves, beets, nagaimo (Japanese yam), ginger, turmeric, barley grass, sweet potatoes, and mangoes. ■Contract Production We possess both a small-scale machine for testing the Turbo Dry System and a large-scale production system, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of requests for contract production. We can handle small lots of several tens of kilograms up to large lots of several tens of tons (mass production). We support vibrant agricultural producers. ■Production Process Engineering Leveraging our experience in manufacturing various vegetable and fruit powders, we provide engineering support for our uniquely developed production system (Turbo Dry System), including planning, design, installation, and operational guidance.
