We aim to achieve energy savings for various heat sources by using a next-generation electric heater core made from a new material that significantly reduces power consumption compared to conventional electric heaters.

Development and design of various heaters using newly developed heater cores. This high-speed response heater can achieve temperatures exceeding 1,000°C within seconds after electric application, realizing approximately 2.3 times the heat output of conventional nichrome wire heaters and about 1.7 times that of stainless foil heaters. We conduct comprehensive thermal design for these heaters, aiming to switch from traditional heaters with high electricity consumption to more energy-efficient options. Additionally, we have developed a heater designed with the serious intention of melting snow, targeting energy efficiency in snow melting for snowfall regions while keeping running costs low, resulting in a snow melting heater cable that can be practically used. We are also developing a heating system for greenhouses, offering proposals for reducing winter heating running costs with thermal designs tailored to the types of crops being cultivated.
