イソダメタル Product Lineup

The inner surface of the bearing is made from alloys such as copper alloy, white metal, lead bronze alloy, and bronze alloy, which are used in casting, and it is also constructed with a multilayer structure through plating treatment. Depending on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the alloys, we manufacture various sliding bearings for diesel engines, turbine compressors, pumps, and vehicle reduction gears. 【Structure of Sliding Bearings】 ■ Layer 1: Copper alloy (solid) ■ Layer 2: Back metal (steel), copper alloy or white metal ■ Layer 3 (cast three layers): Back metal (steel), copper alloy, white metal ■ Layer 3 (plated three layers): Back metal (steel), copper alloy or white metal, overlay ■ Layer 4: Back metal (steel), copper alloy, white metal, overlay *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Isodametal bearings are primarily supplied to major shipbuilding manufacturers. They are required to withstand the immense power of large ship engines and endure heat and fluctuating loads, necessitating strength and reliability in the bearings. I believe that Isodametal's 120 years of providing bearings as a manufacturer is a testament to the trust we have earned from our customers. 【Features】 - Load-bearing capacity - Wear resistance - Seizure resistance - Adhesion *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

The bearings made of Isodametal are components called "sliding bearings." They are important parts that support the loads from the rotating shaft and the oscillating piston pin of marine engines. During the operation of the "sliding bearing," the lubricating oil filled between the shaft and the bearing generates high oil film pressure. This high oil film pressure lifts the shaft, allowing it to rotate smoothly without contacting the bearing. 【Features】 ■ Smooth rotation with high oil film pressure ■ Uses softer metal on the inner surface than the shaft ■ Improved adhesion to the housing inner surface with thin-walled bearings ■ Capable of dissipating heat from around the shaft *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
