The STYL’ONE EVO is powered by a robust drive system and a low-inertia brushless motor controlled by software, allowing the upper and lower punches to operate independently, achieving the high compression acceleration and speed necessary to replicate production rotary tablet presses. Additionally, while production rotary tablet presses typically require a large quantity of products, the STYL’ONE EVO, due to its design and software characteristics, enables property investigations with an extremely small amount of product. Furthermore, it is possible to call up profiles of over 200 rotary tablet presses that are pre-stored, allowing for the reproduction and simulation of their unique characteristics. From a research and development perspective, the software is particularly well-equipped, allowing for the measurement and analysis of compression pressure and punch position (Displacement), as well as discharge pressure, wall pressure, and take-off pressure. It also enables the evaluation of dual times for main and pre-pressure, discharge speed, filling time, and more.
