Our company is engaged in precision sheet metal processing in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture, famous for its Danjiri festival. We primarily work with iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, focusing on thin sheets up to about 6mm thick. We respond to our customers' needs with integrated processing, covering various joining methods from punching and bending to welding, as well as surface treatments such as painting, plating, and anodizing. We have received high praise for our welding of stainless steel and aluminum, supporting a wide range of products from palm-sized items to those around 3 meters, including prototypes, custom products, and mass-produced items. For surface treatments like painting, plating, anodizing, and polishing, we collaborate with partners who have extensive experience, enabling us to offer one-stop solutions. We can also handle assembly with supplied parts. We have obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Multiple qualified personnel (specialized level) for semi-automatic, stainless steel, and aluminum welding are on staff. We were awarded the Osaka Manufacturing Excellent Company Award in 2021.
