We specialize in manufacturing utilizing vacuum component production technology, accommodating prototyping and small lot processing, and we are a technical group skilled in lathe and machining processing at Terada.

Our company has steadily built a track record over the past 80 years since its founding, focusing on the processing of precision metal parts that require high quality and reliability, such as components related to high-pressure gases, vacuum equipment, and cryogenic refrigeration systems. We have extensive processing experience with various non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, pure aluminum, pure nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, and titanium, through turning and machining. We possess the technology to create dedicated jigs and tools in-house, allowing us to accommodate the processing of special shapes without relying on machines. We address various geometric tolerances, such as dimensions, straightness, roundness, and cylindricity, and maintain strict quality control by having independent inspection and manufacturing departments, staffed with certified inspectors to ensure quality. We can also issue inspection reports. We have technologies for vacuum-compatible TIG welding and brazing, and we conduct leak tests using leak detectors. Our machinery is specialized for single-item and small-lot processing, and we respond to customer needs with a stable production system supported by our unique production management system.
