Teflon-coated roll / Fluororesin-coated roll 1. The excellent insulation and non-stick properties of powder Teflon coating can be used in the semiconductor and optoelectronic industries, as well as in the lower guide wheels/conductive wheels of CCL copper foil substrates. 2. Teflon characteristics: It has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and non-stick properties, making it widely used in molds for plastics/rubber due to its excellent release properties.

The surface roughness of the roll is below Ra 0.01µm, and it can be finished to a high-quality flat mirror surface without leaving any polishing marks (wheel marks). The super mirror roll can be used for optical products such as light guide plates. ★Surface roughness is under Ra 0.01µm, excellent mirror and flat surface without horizontal or uneven wheel mark.
