This product is a non-combustible sheet that significantly cuts down on heat emitted from drying ovens and machinery, effectively containing heat release. By combining glass fiber cloth with a special resin sheet and applying aluminum foil on both sides, it cuts radiant heat by 97%. It can be sewn to create wide sheets similar to tents. It is safe to touch, as it does not get hot, and it has passed heat resistance tests, showing no abnormalities after being left in a 210°C environment for 24 hours. In thermal conductivity tests, it demonstrates performance approximately ten times that of fireproof clothing standards. 【Features】 ■ Cuts radiant heat by 97%, alleviating heat and cold ■ Easy to use with a curtain-style design ■ Safe to touch, ensuring safety measures ■ Non-combustible certified sheet (Certification number NM-5169) ■ Custom manufacturing available *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

By reading this catalog, you will gain the know-how to achieve uniform thermal insulation effects regardless of the skill level of the workers or the weather conditions. In the context of addressing heat in factories and stores, as well as countermeasures for drying ovens and machine heat, the use of thermal insulation sheets that reflect radiant heat is effective. This document introduces various lineups, including the Sky Method, which can also address rain leakage, and Thermo Barrier Fit, which releases heat outdoors. This document is a catalog introducing the thermal insulation sheet "Thermo Barrier Top," which is designed to be directly applied to flat roofs. It includes results such as the potential for approximately 56% reduction in power consumption and savings on heating and cooling costs. In response to heat that insulation materials alone cannot stop, this thermal insulation sheet, made of 99% pure aluminum, reflects and cuts solar radiation heat, creating a cooler environment in summer and a warmer one in winter, thereby improving work and study efficiency and preventing the deterioration of stored products. Experimental results by a professor from Shizuoka University’s Faculty of Engineering have demonstrated the potential for a decrease of about 3°C in ceiling ambient temperature and about 10°C in attic temperature. The "Thermo Barrier Roof Under Method" is a heat insulation technique that significantly cuts down on radiant heat from the roof, lowering the perceived temperature. The radiant heat emitted from the corrugated roof is greatly reduced by an internal heat insulation sheet made of 99% pure aluminum, which reflects the radiant heat. This method uses fixed clamps that do not fall off, ensuring safety even if the bolts loosen, as the underlying steel material prevents any drop. Additionally, the construction prevents heat leakage by eliminating gaps, reducing heat in the summer and providing insulation in the winter. It is implemented in warehouses and factories to improve working conditions and prevent quality degradation. 【Features】 ■ Reflects radiant heat from corrugated roofs and reduces perceived temperature ■ Ensures safety with fixed clamps that do not fall off even if bolts loosen ■ Prevents heat leakage with construction that eliminates gaps ■ Reduces heat in summer and provides insulation in winter *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The "Thermo Barrier Sky Method" is a heat insulation technique that involves adhering a sky sheet along the surface of a corrugated roof using double-sided tape. It can lower indoor temperatures by up to approximately 11 degrees Celsius in summer and reduce power consumption by about 30%. The sky sheet, with 99% aluminum purity and 97% reflectivity, cuts out radiant heat from the sun. There is no variation in effectiveness due to the contractor or weather, providing uniform and stable heat insulation without relying on the skill of the workers. Additionally, covering the joints with the sheet prevents leaks, achieving both heat and leak prevention in a single installation. Since the work is done only on the roof, it does not interfere with business operations, offering short-term installation, low cost, and long-term durability. 【Features】 ■ Reduces indoor temperatures by up to approximately 11 degrees Celsius in summer ■ Cuts radiant heat with a sheet that has 99% aluminum purity and 97% reflectivity ■ Provides uniform heat insulation regardless of worker skill or weather conditions ■ Achieves both heat and leak prevention simultaneously ■ Roof installation that does not interfere with business operations *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
