This is a pellet that incorporates heat-expandable microcapsules. It can be used with existing equipment for foaming molding, resulting in stable foamed products. Since it does not produce swirl marks, it does not affect surface quality either.

Foaming agents and lightweight fillers, all-in-one functional materials. Heat-expandable microcapsules Expancel increase in volume by 60 to 100 times when heated between 80°C and 200°C, becoming ultra-lightweight microbubbles. The expanded product is an extremely light microbubble that achieves both weight reduction and improved thermal insulation.

"EMC" is an organic-inorganic hybrid filler that attaches fine calcium carbonate to the surface of plastic microspheres. Due to its spherical hollow structure, adding just a small amount to paints, plastics, putties, sealants, etc., easily achieves lightweight and bulking effects.
