"Meireji Coat" is a polyamic acid solution, which is a precursor to polyimide (high-performance engineering plastic). By performing solvent removal and imidization reactions, it is possible to obtain a polyimide coating with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. "Soluble polyimide" is a polyimide solution or polyimide powder that can be molded at low temperatures compared to conventional polyimide precursor varnishes. Molding is possible at 100 to 200°C depending on the choice of solvent. It completely dissolves (DMAc immersion test). The resulting film exhibits a low dielectric constant, and the porosity can be adjusted as desired.
