Centralized management of grinding wheel information in accordance with cutting tool information. Let's further enhance business productivity! By strengthening support for grinding wheels and basic grinding wheel holders, we have expanded the application range of WinTool. This allows for the integration of tool information management for both cutting and grinding processes into a single system. We have added 36 new outline sets covering major ISO/DIN standard grinding wheels. Among these, 7 types of outlines support DXF generation and contour generation (with plans for continuous expansion). Additionally, drawing of basic grinding wheel holders is also possible. This extension enables users to manage grinding tool information with the same level of consistency as cutting tools. It achieves better process planning, generation of standardized documents, assurance of information consistency, visualization of information, and maximization of production preparation efficiency.
