NTT TechnoCross Corporation will start offering a new version of its health management system "HM-neo," which holds the No. 1 market share for large enterprises in the health management solutions market, from January 30, 2026. This new version includes a feature that automatically records conversations during industrial physician consultations and health consultations using AI. With this feature, industrial health staff will no longer need to shift their gaze to notes or keyboards during consultations, allowing them to focus on the dialogue with the interviewee and achieve higher quality consultations.
