Pacific Industrial celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2020. This achievement is entirely thanks to the understanding and support of our customers and many stakeholders, for which we express our heartfelt gratitude. Under our corporate philosophy of "striving for technological development and providing high-level products that meet customer demands," we are developing our business with the long-term vision of "PACIFIC GLOCAL VISION" and the medium-term management plan "OCEAN-22." Currently, the automotive industry is undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation, and social issues, including environmental problems, are becoming increasingly serious. Companies are also required to have a robust governance structure and a sincere attitude toward addressing social challenges. In this context, this year, we identified four pillars and 15 key issues (materiality) related to our long-term vision for building a sustainable society. Moving forward, we will integrate this materiality into our global business activities and promote sustainability management.
