At Nagano System Co., Ltd., we outsource to partner companies that best match our customers' needs for "design and development." However, rather than simply outsourcing to these partner companies, we engage in discussions to reflect our manufacturing know-how (i.e., information and procurement capabilities) in the design specifications for each individual component. This approach ensures a smooth transition to the next manufacturing step. As a result, we can freely choose the locations and procurement routes during the manufacturing phase. We plan to continue collaborating with more partner companies in the future, working towards a broader range of OEM/EMS production capabilities.
