協同電磁機工業 Company Overview

Introducing our achievements in repairing low-frequency induction heating coils from defunct manufacturers, receiving evaluations equivalent to or exceeding the original quality!

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a railway company for the repair of the coil of a low-frequency induction heating machine. This was for a machine from a certain manufacturer that is now out of business, which was necessary for removing the inner rings and sleeves of vehicle wheels. The device was sent to us, and after measuring the coil, we manufactured a comparable product. We also performed cleaning and painting of the device itself, restored it to its original condition, and conducted an on-site inspection. It received an evaluation equal to or better than the original coil, and we can also repair low-frequency induction heating machines from other manufacturers. 【Case Overview】 ■ Request: Repair of the coil of a low-frequency induction heating machine from a certain manufacturer that is now out of business ■ Application: A machine for removing the inner rings and sleeves of vehicle wheels ■ Response: After measuring the coil at our company, we manufactured a comparable product *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
