We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "sub-tank for MC use." The processing fluid is filtered through a paper filter on a mesh belt to remove sludge. When it becomes clogged, the paper filter is rotated to wind and discharge it. The paper can be replaced by pulling out the filtration section. Additionally, there was a request to draw up the processing fluid from the pump on the clean tank side and spray it from the nozzle. It was installed as an addition to an existing machine, designed to be low-profile, allowing for space-saving installation. The system had a mechanism that allowed for the attachment and detachment of 72 cups with one touch, but it lacked a rotation mechanism, and since it was tightened with a union fitting, it took a long time to attach and detach.
