We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Freely," which allows for real-time sharing of plans even from remote locations, in the steel industry. Previously, shipment planning was carried out using a whiteboard, leading to waste and omissions in the transcription process. The company was using paper-based production planning sheets, which led to wasted transcription work and missed sharing of change information.
