Our company primarily engages in the cutting processing of precision metal parts. Our main products are automotive components, which are processed from bar materials. Thanks to our passion for manufacturing and our innovative technical skills in operating automatic lathes, we can establish a production system for precision parts from prototype to mass production in a short lead time. Additionally, we are committed to quality assurance through a low-cost inline automatic inspection machine developed in collaboration with a specialized machine manufacturer using our own know-how. Recently, we have introduced IoT technology to collect manufacturing data from production equipment in real-time, allowing us to quickly detect tool wear and defects.
