Okada Industries is a company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of press molds (molds for producing automotive parts, office equipment parts, and building equipment parts) and jigs. Our company has accumulated a wealth of achievements and trust, and we have developed the technology to meet our customers' needs, including press molds. We offer a consistent production system from process planning, design, parts processing, manufacturing, to press trials, ensuring high-quality and speedy mold production. With a complete setup of 630TON servo press, 500TON hydraulic press, 500TON mechanical press (with leveler feeder, coil trials possible), 200TON, and 250TON trial presses, we can complete mold assembly in-house. We can also accommodate the production of transfer mold fingers.

【Design, Manufacture, and Sale of Molds and Jigs】 We also offer the following services!! 【630TON Servo Press】 Prototyping using a 630TON servo press. Consideration of process shortening in the molding process. Verification of difficult molding. Trials utilizing the characteristics of the servo press. 【Mold Repair and Modification】 We perform repairs and maintenance on press molds manufactured by other companies. Even if there are no drawings available, we can create data using measuring instruments, so we will proceed if possible. 【Parts Processing Only】 We also manufacture individual parts by leveraging the technical skills and know-how developed through mold production. 【Reverse Processing】 Using our non-contact three-dimensional laser measuring instrument, we can recreate parts that do not have final data or drawing data, even if modifications have been made to the parts. We also have a track record of restoring broken parts. Additionally, we can conduct data collection on-site for things that can only be confirmed or measured locally. *Please consult with us first!!
