Conventional hot melts have limitations in heat resistance because they are used by heating and melting thermoplastic resins. To compensate for this drawback in heat resistance, a reactive component is added to the hot melt, which forms a cross-linked structure after application. "Polyamide-based" is an environmentally friendly hot melt primarily made from plant-derived natural fatty acids (dimer acid). It has good adhesion to various plastics and metals, and excels in heat resistance, flexibility, and electrical insulation. [Features] - The viscosity change with temperature is sharp. - A wide range of types can be selected for heat resistance (softening point) and hardness. - There are also flame-retardant grades (UL94V-0 approved products and equivalents).
