Composition This is a central component of a brake system that uses a drum brake, which is one of the braking methods for the front or rear wheels of automobiles and motorcycles. It generates frictional force by pressing a friction material part called lining against the inside of a rotating body (the sliding part attached to a wheel or wheel called a drum), thereby stopping the rotating body. [Features] The lining is made by mixing a dozen or so types of inorganic and organic raw materials with various shapes, minimizing the impact of factors such as temperature (lining temperature: approximately room temperature to 250°C), humidity, speed, or control input on frictional force, while providing stable frictional force. Additionally, various characteristics can be specialized in the lining to improve these factors, allowing you to choose a lining specification that meets your requirements from the lineup. Furthermore, we consider the environment by improving the friction of the lining, eliminating noise, and complying with laws regarding environmentally harmful substances contained in raw materials.

Structure This is a thermal expansion millboard made by adding a small amount of organic binder to special heat-resistant fibers, special graphite, and heat-resistant fillers, and then forming it using a wet machine (papermaking machine). 【Features】 When heated above 180°C, expansion begins in the thickness direction, and the volume expands to about 10 times. The millboard has thermal insulation and sound absorption properties even before expansion, but its performance improves further after expansion.

[Features] EXP sheet is an expandable filler developed to ensure higher safety in buildings. It begins to expand when heated to over 170°C, filling the gaps in joints and preventing the passage of fire and smoke. Additionally, after expansion, it forms an insulation layer that prevents the spread of fire. It is easy to install and a highly convenient product. It is an environmentally friendly product that complies with the "VOC emission rate standards from building materials." Furthermore, EXP2000 does not contain halogens.

Structure Millboard is a heat-resistant board primarily made from heat-resistant inorganic fibers, formed using heat-resistant fillers and organic binders. Disc rolls are created by punching this material into a donut shape (Disc), inserting and stacking it onto a shaft, and then tightening and polishing it to create a heat-resistant transport roll. 【Features】 Practical durability evaluations in stainless steel thin plate lines at temperatures between 1150°C and 1200°C have demonstrated a lifespan equal to or greater than that of asbestos materials. It maintains a balanced combination of hardness and flexibility, resulting in softness that minimizes damage from cracks while also possessing excellent wear resistance. Due to its low thermal shrinkage rate, it exhibits stable transport functionality without deformation over long periods. The high heat resistance of millboard helps maintain the surface temperature of the roll while reducing cooling energy loss from the shaft, contributing to energy-saving measures.
