The "W.O.W Freezer," a dripless rapid alcohol freezing machine equipped with innovative freezing food tech that can reproduce the freshness of ingredients and dishes at an industry-leading speed of minus 55 degrees and with electromagnetic vibrations, has been launched. Evertron Co., Ltd. (1-4-5 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, VORT Aoyama 1-chome 902, CEO Hisao Tanaka) has developed the "W.O.W Freezer" as the third product following "Dr.Fry" and "Freshtron." This machine features a special freezing technology that minimizes and aligns the moisture within ingredients using a uniquely developed frequency that optimizes water (W.O.W: Water Optimizing Wave) and enhances the circulation of refrigerant to lower the temperature of alcohol to minus 55 degrees. As a result, freshly harvested ingredients and restaurant menu dishes can be reproduced as they are, overturning the conventional concept of frozen foods.
