Sanwa Shurui is a comprehensive brewing company that handles a wide range of products including shochu, sake, wine, brandy, and liqueurs. We are working on the effective utilization of by-products from shochu brewing (i.e., barley fermentation liquid) and have developed a food ingredient called "fermented barley extract." Based on this fermented barley extract, we are creating materials that contribute to our customers' health.
