Vericut is NC simulation software that allows for the high-precision verification and optimization of machine operations and machining results using the actual NC programs that drive the machine tools. It supports not only programs output from CAM but also manually created NC programs and custom macros developed on-site, faithfully reproducing the machine tool's movements to identify machining risks that are not visible on paper beforehand. Additionally, through comparative verification of leftover material and overcutting, it enables an objective assessment of the validity of processes and programs. The "Force" function, which automatically optimizes machining conditions, achieves reductions in machining time and extensions of tool life. In advanced and complex machining environments such as 5-axis machining, multi-tasking machines, and small-batch production, Vericut is utilized as a "final check before machining" and as a "verification environment for improvements."
